Shipping Policy

Our business model is based upon providing customized and engraved pieces for our customers.  The time it takes to prep your to ship will vary based upon the item and complexity of your customized order.  We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Some orders are ready to ship in 1-2 days. Our general lead time is 7-14 business days.  This will also depend on the finish that is selected. Time is needed for paint and clear coat finishes too cure before we are able to wrap them up for shipping.

Heart to Heart Engravings strives to get your customized product designed and ready to ship as quickly as possible. 

All orders start processing within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We generally get your order started the same day or, the following business day if your order was placed after 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Pre-designed orders with customized content that does not require any stain, oil or finish work, will generally be ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Orders that require custom or special artwork to be added or converted to an appropriate and useable laser file can take up to 3-5 business days to prepare, then production of the item can continue. If you are ordering an item with customized changes to the standard build, this could take from 3 days to 14 days to complete the design changes and to get your item into production. This time can move quicker or slower depending on how available you are to answer questions and approve the final design of your product.  Regardless of the lead times you see here, if you are rushing to meet a deadline for delivery, please make sure you discuss this with our designer to determine if we are able to make that deadline.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Orders

Pick up is available for orders placed in the Magic Valley area.  These pick ups will be either from our shop location or at a pre-determined location with a set delivery time.

Local delivery is provided to our business customers within the Cassia Minidoka area.

Heart to Heart Engravings does not ship to: Areas outside of the 48 lower states.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.  You can access your Heart to Heart Engravings account  at anytime on-line to see the current status and tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@hearttoheartengravings.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Based on our items being customized all sales or final with no returns.  You can view our full return police here: return policy page.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@hearttoheartengravings.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the box it was delivered in. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
